Being a Franchisee

Mastercare offers to its franchisees the license or right to sell its services and use its business techniques. You will pay an initial fee to acquire this right, and thereafter pay a percentage of your gross sales throughout the term of your franchise contract.

In return for these payments, you will gain privileges, including the right to sell our proven and recognized services, to use Mastercare’s business practices, to participate in branding and marketing efforts, and to receive initial training and ongoing support.

You will gain an advantage over your non franchisee competitors, since you have the rights to use the Mastercare:

  • Brand names, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and patents
  • Uniform logos
  • Systems and success tools

By following Mastercare’s business practices and offering services that meet the company's standards, you will consistently provide customers with quality services.

In the United States, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulates Franchise businesses. Research has shown that the success rate of new franchisees is much higher than that for other new business start-ups.
